"Sean O'Hagen's office is well managed. They are responsive and easy to work with. Have had no issues with them. All rates in Delaware have gone up but my on line research says State Farm is definitely not the highest and in fact is the 3rd lowest. So, State Farm and Sean are good. Special props to Courtney Ross-Tafel who is very knowledgeable and quick to help with any questions."

"Hi Vyacheslav - it looks like you and your wife both left 1 star reviews last night but didn't provide any detail as to what happened. From my notes, I see that we submitted your Auto applications on 3/15/23 with a start date of 4/1/23. On 4/6/23, she contacted my office and requested that the policies be canceled. That request was submitted to Underwriting and we flat canceled the policies back to 4/1/23 so that you wouldn't owe any money. On 4/11/23 your wife had received an automated email reminder to pay the upcoming bill, to which she replied to me that she already canceled the policies. I replied to her email within minutes of receiving her response, and confirmed that the request to cancel had already been submitted and it takes about a week for that cancellation to process. I had asked her why we were canceling the policies so soon after writing them, and she explained that she found cheaper prices somewhere else. I haven't had any contact with you or your wife since that email. Can you provide additional information as to why you're so upset that you both left a 1-star review months later? Thanks - Sean"
